For more than 25 years, Fantasy: The Strip’s Sexiest Tease has delivered exactly what its name promises: a nightly escape into a world of beauty and seduction. Created by Anita Mann, the sexy revue has outlasted countless trends and productions by staying true to its vision. It’s hotter, bolder and cheekier than ever.
When it debuted in 1999, Mann figured the show might last six months. “We literally said, ‘Let’s do it for six months,’” she says with a laugh. “And they just kept renewing it until, eventually, we stopped counting.” What began as Midnight Fantasy, complete with a sweet Cinderella storyline, soon transformed into something more daring.
“Now the entire show features our cast with their multitalents,” Mann says. “And it works, because they’re incredible.”
And they really are. The dancers are the stuff of Vegas legend—goddesses who can melt you with a glance one moment and leave your jaw on the floor the next as they perform seemingly impossible choreography and acrobatics. They’re not just beautiful; they’re powerhouses, moving with a heady mix of strength and sensuality.
But what truly sets this show apart is the chemistry between these women. They have a genuine camaraderie that radiates from the stage, and they look like they’re having the time of their lives.
“You have to live in a small dressing room with eight, nine ladies,” Mann says. “The most important thing for me, after their dancing ability, is their kindness and their personality and their desire to work as team players.” This philosophy has created an environment where, as Mann puts it, “if the dressing room is not a peaceful, happy place, it’s not a healthy environment.”
At the center of it all is host Lorena Peril, the sultry siren whose powerhouse vocals and comedic chops make every audience member feel like they’re in on the fun. “Sometimes people are nervous—it’s a sexy show after all,” Peril says. “I just like to make people feel good. I’m not scripted. It’s just comfortable, like we’re all hanging out in the living room and just chatting.”
That warmth translates directly to the audience experience. For Peril, who says she has the best job in the world, the joy she feels coming from the crowd is infectious. “I like to make people laugh. It makes me feel good because they’re feeling good, and I love that they’re all smiling.”
Mann’s show endures because it offers something special: authentic connection. These women aren’t just performing for the audience; they’re inviting them into their world. Night after night, they prove that the most seductive thing of all is the genuine joy they take in their craft. Sexy without apology, Fantasy is a celebration of women who understand that the best fantasies are built on real talent, real friendship and the real desire to make every audience member feel part of something magical.
“Every night, to me, is opening night,” Mann says. “No one ever phones it in. We go all-out, every time.”
